Providing Literacy Skills to Young Minds
PRESCHOOL
Our Preschool Program
The St. Mary Preschool Program prepares 3 – 4 year old children for Kindergarten in an environment that ignites imagination, develops character and nurtures faith. We now offer a morning and afternoon preschool session for 3 year olds with LIMITED spots available. Our program maintains a low teacher/child ratio to encourage individualized instruction, and our classroom is large, bright, and inviting. To schedule a tour of our preschool classroom, contact Principal Kimberly Stover 419-342-2626, ext. 233. St. Mary School also offers the Early Childhood Education Grant to cover full tuition for eligible preschool students. For more information, Click Here.
St. Mary Preschool is fully accredited by the Ohio Department of Education and has consistently been granted full licensure in compliance with all required policies, procedures and curriculum. Check out our Curriculum Guide Here.
Early Childhood Education Staff
Our faculty is composed of state certified and degree holding Early Childhood educated staff and complimented by additional teaching assistants. We consider all St. Mary teachers our most important asset. A special thanks going out to our program director, Mrs. Denise Thompson! Our teachers embrace the highest values and emphasize the importance of the social curriculum in relation to the academic curriculum. All students and parents are required to fill out final forms for enrollment.
